Privacy Policy

Yonora ("Yonora", "we", "us") is a communication platform for private messaging, audio calls, video calls, group calls, status updates, media sharing, linked devices, and business tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how we protect it, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights.

Strong privacy promise: Yonora does not sell your personal data. Yonora does not use message content, call content, photos, videos, voice notes, or documents to build advertising profiles. We use data only to operate, secure, support, improve, and legally protect the Service, subject to this Policy.

Where a legal basis is required, Yonora relies on performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and vital or public-interest grounds when applicable. You can manage many choices in the app and device settings.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, port, limit use/disclosure, opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, object, restrict processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision, or complain to a regulator. Yonora will honor applicable local rights after reasonable verification and subject to legal exceptions.

8. Children and teen privacy

Yonora is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required in a user's country. If Yonora learns that an underage child has created an account, Yonora will delete or restrict the account as required by law. For teenagers, Yonora may use privacy-by-default, safety-by-default, limited profiling, limited contact discoverability, content reporting, blocking, and other protections where required or appropriate.

9. International transfers

Yonora and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where legally required, Yonora will use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as contractual safeguards, adequacy decisions, transfer impact assessments, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

10. Changes to this Policy

Yonora may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Service, providers, laws, safety practices, or data uses. For material changes, Yonora will provide notice through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method where required.
